These terms describe use of the McCulley Pickleball informational website operated by Eli McCulley, working under Club65pickleball LLC. Questions: elimcculleykid@gmail.com or (314) 278-4955.
Website purpose
This site provides coaching information, general availability, contact links, and links to CourtReserve. It does not accept bookings or payments. Visiting the site, sending a message, or clicking Book Now does not reserve a lesson.
Bookings, prices, and cancellations
Reservations are made separately through CourtReserve. Confirm the instructor, date, time, price, and applicable club requirements there before submitting a booking. Displayed website hours are general availability and may change; they do not guarantee a particular appointment. Cancellation, refund, rescheduling, no-show, membership, and facility rules are the policies presented by the club or booking service for your reservation. These website terms do not create or replace those policies.
Participation
Pickleball involves physical activity and risk of injury. Follow facility rules and the coach’s instructions, use appropriate equipment, and raise any participation concerns before a lesson. Any required participant waiver or parental consent is handled separately by the club or booking process. This page is not a participant liability waiver. Coaching supports improvement but does not guarantee competitive results.
Acceptable use and owner access
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to access owner settings without permission, disrupt the site, introduce harmful code, scrape personal information, or misuse contact information. The owner settings area is restricted to authorized administration.
Content and third-party services
Website text, branding, and photographs are owned by their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to the site for personal use. Commercial reuse requires permission. Club 65 and CourtReserve retain rights to their names and marks. External sites operate under their own terms; see CourtReserve’s Terms of Use.
Accuracy and availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep information current, but errors and interruptions may occur. Contact Eli to clarify information before relying on it for travel or scheduling. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy Policy explains this website’s information practices. These website terms may be updated, with the effective date shown above. Changes do not themselves alter an already confirmed lesson agreement.
