Information you choose to share
This website does not provide a customer account, booking form, or checkout. If you contact Eli by email or phone, the information you provide may include your name, contact details, lesson interests, and messages. It is used to respond to you and coordinate coaching. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive health information by email.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and error logs to deliver and protect the website. The owner settings area uses a secure session cookie after owner sign-in; it expires after 12 hours. Failed login attempts are limited using short-lived records. No advertising pixels or marketing analytics have been added to this site.
Service providers and external links
This site is delivered using Hostinger hosting and its security infrastructure. It loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may receive technical information needed to deliver their services. Email and telephone services process communications you initiate. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect safety and security.
CourtReserve bookings
Booking links take you to CourtReserve, a separate service. Account, reservation, payment, and participation information submitted there is handled under CourtReserve’s and the club’s applicable policies. Review the CourtReserve privacy information before using that service.
Retention and your choices
Coaching correspondence is kept as needed to respond, provide services, resolve issues, or meet applicable obligations. Provider logs follow the relevant provider’s retention practices. You may contact Eli to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you shared directly, subject to applicable legal obligations. For CourtReserve records, contact the club or CourtReserve.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging coaching. Parents or guardians should handle inquiries and bookings for children. If a child has provided information directly without appropriate involvement, contact Eli so it can be addressed.
Security and updates
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee complete security. This policy may be updated as the site or its practices change; the current effective date will appear above.
